3.1 Verification Requirement. Before processing any withdrawal, jm200 requires each Member to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process is designed to confirm your identity, verify your age, and comply with internationally recognised anti-money laundering standards.

4.2 Deposit Restrictions. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account name does not match the jm200 account name — are prohibited and will be reversed. jm200 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before crediting or processing any withdrawal related to such a deposit.
4.3 Failed Deposits. If a deposit transaction is initiated but does not credit your jm200 account within the expected processing time, please contact jm200 customer support via live chat with your transaction reference number. jm200 will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit failures within 24 hours.
4.4 Deposit Limits. jm200 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on individual accounts as part of its responsible gaming framework or anti-money laundering controls. 5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to Members who have completed KYC verification as described in Clause 3 and whose account is in good standing. 12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the jm200 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
